Isaiah the prophet

Hebrews 11:37 and Isaiah 1:1. Isaiah (739BC-690BC) wrote the book of Isaiah and also was a prophet.

Isaiah prophesied in Judah during the reigns of Kings Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah.

He was murdered by King Hezekiah’s son King Manasseh.

Isaiah in Hebrew means: Yahweh is savior.
