May be 14th April 6BC dated as per a film about Jesus. Many chose between 6BC to 5BC. Other dates vary from 12BC to the date that Herod the Great died which was in spring [March, April, May] 4BC. Our western tradition that Jesus was born on December 25th and born in the year 0BC which are both incorrect. Leaving us with a lot of unanswered questions. In our western culture, this date is taken from our western calendar, not the Jewish calendar. December the 21st is the Winter Solstice in Israel and after this time in the northern hemisphere the sun started to come back and the days grew longer.
