Judges 4:21. Barak did not do on his own what Deborah, a prophetess, and leader of Israel, wanted Barak to do, that is, lead an army of Israel. So Deborah said that a woman would have the glory of killing Sisera.
Sisera was the army commander for Jabin king of Canaan who reigned from Hazor.
Jael or Yael was married to Heber the Kenite.
