1260 Days

Revelation 12:6 and 12:13-14. The woman symbolizes the nation of Israel (shown by the crown of 12 stars upon her head symbolizing the 12 tribes of Israel).
The man-child born from Israel symbolizes The Messiah or The Christ. Or maybe the man-child symbolizes the 144, 000 Jews that are given a special mission by God.

The time span of 1260 days is also known as 42 months or three and a half years.

A Time is often used in Scripture to denote the full circle of 360 degrees/year spans – thus a Time, Times and Half a Time = 1260.
At one stage many many years ago it took 360 days for the earth to go round the sun unlike now where it is 365 days. Both 360 and 365 are rounded figures.
