The First Angel of three Angels with the eternal gospel to proclaim

Revelation 14:6-7. This First Angel or (Messenger of God) has the eternal gospel to proclaim to all nations and peoples. This angel does not have a cup of God’s wrath or horror.

This angel, seen by John in a vision in the heavens, is sent to preach to the earth.

A literal angel in the heavens and close enough to be seen on the earth.

This angel tells us to worship God because the hour or time of the judgments and wraths has arrived.

Background Reading:

The Vision of the First Angel with the eternal gospel to proclaim.

14:6 Then I saw another angel flying overhead with the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on earth—to every nation, tribe, language, and people. 7 He said in a loud voice,

“Fear God and give him glory,

because the time for him to judge has arrived.

Worship the one who made heaven and earth,

the sea and springs of water.”
Revelation 14:6–7
